Diane was the 2023 budget rapporteur. As Chair of the Finance Committee, she speaks every year on the budget, the economy section, and is the lead speaker for draft bills in the financial sector and on tax matters:
With the relief package, the tax table was adjusted and several tax brackets were further reduced.
In fintech, crypto-assets were regulated.
The so-called “affordable act” will definitively remain at 40,000 euros.
With the super computer for artificial intelligence, MeluXina-AI and the AI Factory, further important building blocks were laid for the development of AI.

Virginity certificates and examinations will be punishable in the future; the three-day reflection period for an abortion is being abolished.
Men and women must each be represented by at least 33 percent in key positions in Luxembourg companies listed on the stock exchange.
She also represented the CSV’s positions in debates on financial education, online fraud at banks, and the future of the financial centre.
In 2027, Diane will be the lead speaker for the law on a single tax class with relief for all families.
